Skip it! Dirty and poor food quality. There are too many other wonderful food options in this area to waste your time here.

It saddens me to say the night management is the worst, the older women who is the manager always has a nasty attitude and today it was the worst. I asked for pickles and she says to me noooo. I can't do that, it's not in the menu. Wtf do I can just add it and charge me extra. The worst of then all, horrible service and I don't even know how the hell she is in charge. If I can give 0 I would. Don't come here go to the Sunnyside one or bell blvd If you really feening for white castle.

They messed up my order one too many times. But the food here hasnt given me any issues in terms of quality. White castle is white castle, it's either you hate it or love it. Customer service is just ok depending on the time of day.

Georgina was at the pickup window today. She was very friendly and my order was perfect. She put adequate napkins in my bag and also included ketchup without me asking. The fries were hot as always and the little bitty burgers were the same too..always consistent. This location has very limited parking, so "to go" and drive somewhere else to eat might happen. They have a curve in the drive thru which could be a problem with someone driving a big SUV. You can see the scratches on the concrete from those who could not quite make the curve. Standard SUV's should have no problem. This location has friendly employes, lots of smiles.

If you need light meal to pack on your road trip for the whole family, this is the best place to go. Their crave case ( 30 sliders ) is the best bet to feed 6-10 hungry mouths on a very reasonable price. The location is on our way to our meeting place ( good friends house at Jackson Heights). Easy to find as it is in main boulevard . Half/ half order of "with cheese and plain" sliders satisfied our craving. The clerk accepted my $3 coupon that I received from their mailing, presto, it covered the price of the cheese. Easy to bite size and cooked just how I want it. The best slider in town if you have not tried yet. Perfect match with my noodles. The service was fast and their prep kitchen is viewable and they welcome the consumer whose willing to watch while the sliders are being prepared.

Everyone knows the movie and the frozen microwave burgers on the West Coast, but in New York, White Castle is a pretty thriving food chain. One thing that I can't get over here is that most of the food items are sliders and dial in at prices that hover around a dollar. Yes, they are tiny sliders, but you always often order more than one. To make a full meal, I'd probably order 4 or 5. It's good to try once, but once you do, you are over it. -=-Traditional Sliders-=- These are only like 85 cents each. It's pretty cool to think of it that way. Also to keep in mind, is that these do not come with cheese and have a ton of pickles and onions. Not quite my thing, but that is why I preferred the.... -=-Jalepeno Sliders-=- These were more my style. They had a zing to it and included cheese. If I were to come back, these would be it.

My heart is broken. I love White Castle, but after the poor, nay, horrible service at this branch I will never go back. I went in on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was empty. I waited at the counter while the two employees dealt with the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes with no "hello", "we'll be right with you", not even a "what do you want" I walked out and went across the street to KFC. Much better experience there! I know that White Castle is a family owned so I would suggest they look into the seriously low standards at this branch.

This is my local White Castle resturant. I enjoy food here whenever I actually walk this far on Norther Blvd. The food is your basic slider which is always good. Cheeseburger sliders are my favorite but the bacon cheeseburgers are good also. I have not tried the pulled pork or chicken rings like the other yelpers but I probably will after hearing how good they were. I am a fan of this place. Its a bit dirty... but its the damn hood what do you expect.

Came in on a snowy day. It started as ice, then turned to heavy ice, and finally snow. I went in thinking I wanted fries and two burgers, but then I ended up getting a chicken sandwich as well as onion rings. There are more things on the menu than I remembered as a kid eating White Castle. You can get fried clams and different toppings on your burger. I even see three dessert options. There is even an option to buy a crave case which I believe is 30 White Castle burgers. I really want to do that someday.

This is by far the worst White castle I've been to in terms of service. Despite telling the lady that I'm eating in, she still gave me in a take away bag to which I had to ask for the tray. It's not because it was busy, 2 people in the restaurant and non on line, how can she forget. She kept on talking to her colleague and literally took about 3 minutes to charge my card. I had the fish nibbler which I think was over fried. I like White Castle but I'm not paying in a branch where you have to repeat the same thing twice and still you don't get it. Lady behind the counter: you're here to work and listen to your customers orders, not talk and screw up the order. What a shame.

Belly Bombers, Laxative Burgers, call them what you want. They are the original slider and the best. chicken rings are awesome. the new pulled pork sliders are really tasty to. my favorite is the bacon cheeseburger with a side order of chicken rings. oh can't forget the onionrings. just writing this makes want to go to the bathroom. Aaaaahhhhh!!!!!!

Cant find these on the West Coast unless you microwave them yourself. when in New York a must to have -6 of the original sliders - yeah belly bombers cant beat them. This place has so so service but the taste of the cheeseburgers make up for any lapse in service

Murder Burgers, Gut Grenades, Sliders, whatever you want to call them, they're made best here. If you're not familiar with the staple of this particular chain, then you are lost to the world. Less than a dollar for your meaty, cheesy fix. Best ordered by the sack, crate or pallet. For those of you familiar, or even addicted to said staple looking for the next fix, drop on by. The staff is friendly, the place is well kept and clean. One of the few chains I still go to. Just make sure that your schedule is clear afterwords...if you know what i mean...

As a huge Harold & Kumar fan, this was one item in my "To do list" of my life along with visting Lincoln statue, Big Ben, climbing Mt Fuji, etc. This place was even higher priority than Empire State building or any other NYC landmark. Therefore, my parents from Japan didn't get it when I, first thing first, took ourselves to White Castle as soon as we arrived there. And it was this location. Food? It was horrible. But hey, I love the movie. I had to have it and wanted to have s glimpse of what the movie was about. Although it was horrible, its taste totally made sense to me why stoners love this thing so much. For me, I would love to have this when I get shitfaced after binging. And purge right in the bathroom immediately. I am not being sarcastic. I have a strong feeling that this would be a fun place if I come here intoxicated. :)

Clean and quiet place. Drop by to pick up some sliders and chicken rings. The girl behind the counter was friendly and courteous. She actually got my orders right (no pickles on some sliders).
